Mahantham ERP is owned and operated by Asyscraft Technologies Private Limited. By accessing or using the service on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to use the service and agree to these terms together with any applicable subscription, proposal or service agreement.
2. Accounts and Authorized Use
- Users must provide accurate account information.
- Login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
- The service must be used only for lawful school administration, management and educational purposes.
- Schools are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to their users.
- Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, another user's account or restricted data.
- Users must not intentionally disrupt, damage or misuse the service.
3. School Responsibilities
Each school is responsible for the accuracy and legality of information entered into Mahantham ERP and for ensuring that its users have appropriate authorization to access and manage school records.
Schools are responsible for keeping account permissions current and disabling accounts that are no longer authorized.
4. Subscription and Payment
Where Mahantham ERP is provided under a paid subscription, applicable features, pricing, billing period, usage limits and payment terms will be communicated through the selected plan, quotation, order or service agreement.
Applicable taxes may be charged in accordance with law. Access to paid services may be restricted where undisputed payments remain overdue, subject to the applicable agreement.
5. Customer and School Data
The school retains its rights in the data and records it submits to Mahantham ERP.
The school grants Asyscraft Technologies Private Limited the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, back up and display such information solely for providing and maintaining Mahantham ERP services.
6. Service Availability
We take reasonable steps to maintain the availability, performance and security of Mahantham ERP.
The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, security requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Product Updates and Changes
Mahantham ERP may be updated from time to time to improve functionality, security, usability or performance. Features may be modified, added or removed where reasonably necessary for the operation and development of the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
Mahantham ERP software, website content, mobile applications, designs, branding, documentation and related technology are owned by Asyscraft Technologies Private Limited or their respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.
A subscription or authorized account provides only a limited right to use the service. It does not transfer ownership of Mahantham ERP software, source code, trademarks or other intellectual property.
9. Prohibited Use
- Using the service for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Attempting to bypass security controls or access restrictions.
- Uploading malicious software, harmful code or content designed to disrupt the service.
- Accessing another user or school's information without authorization.
- Copying, reselling or commercially exploiting the platform except where expressly authorized in writing.
10. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these terms, unlawful activity, a security risk, misuse of the platform or unresolved payment obligations under an applicable agreement.
Data handling following termination will be subject to the relevant service agreement, retention requirements and applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Mahantham ERP is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Asyscraft Technologies Private Limited will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Where a separate written agreement specifies liability limits or other commercial terms, that signed agreement will apply to the relevant subscription.
12. Third-Party Services
Certain Mahantham ERP functions may depend on third-party services such as hosting, communications or payment services. Availability and use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated when the service, business requirements or applicable legal requirements change. The latest version published on the website will apply from its stated effective date.
